I’ve purchased two homes through Collins Home Mortgage and have gotten by far the best rates compared to the other loans I’d taken out prior. Not only did Clay do a great job on the homes I ended up in, he tirelessly worked out the numbers on houses that didn’t end up working out after inspections. He’s organized, easy, and quick. Very professional My wife and I were eating dinner one night in a restaurant and a couple were eating at the next table and they we’re talking about buying home and we happen to be looking for one at the same time so I asked them who they were using for a mortgage and they said Mr. Collins and gave me his phone number we called the next day and told him that we both work and we couldn’t come in till the evening or weekends and he said whatever works for us so we ended up going in on a Saturday morning that impressed us right there. We went to our appointment he prequalified us and told us how much house we could buy he brought his loan processor in and introduced us to Melissa. From start to finish it took just a little over three weeks.
